[gs-devel] pdf to html?

Hi, all:

I need a command line tool which convert pdf to html.

I tried pdftohtml on sf.net and was not satisfied with the html rendering result.

It seems I have to develop my own command line tool with some pdf library.

Since gsview displays our sample pdf correctly, I guess it's a good start to try ghostscript at first.

My questions are:
Does such pdf SDKs exist in GhostScript (http://ghostscript.com/doc/API.htm seems obsolete) ? 

If answer is YES, what should I do to respect the author's license?

Or anyone familar with pdf can recommand another good pdf SDK? 

If the license fee is  not too much (I served for a small company), I can persuade my boss to buy it.
