[gs-devel] Support for system's freetype (from ESP Ghostscript)

I have merged the fontconfig support of ESP Ghostscript into the trunk now.

Now I wanted to do the same thing also for the support of the system's 
FreeType. Unfortunately, the files have heavily changed and so a patch 
for ESP Ghostscript does not work at all on the current GPL Ghostscript.

I have attached the patch and would like if someone more knowledgeable 
than me about the internals of Ghostscript applying the changes manually.
