GPL or LGPL is ok for me, whatever you prefer. If I get it right the 
only thing missing for being released under gpl is the header you 
pointed me to.
I would really like to see how Ray would implement the last 
recommendation about the EndPage handling.
If you add it to subversion feel free to add a header section about the 
GPL or LGPL.
