Sorry, I got this mail too late. I am currently already uploading. I did 
not get much feedback after two week waiting for comments. As everything 
  has been in ESP Ghostscript for long time and did not cause complaints 
there this code seems to be very stable. And 95% is in the contrib/ 
directory where it can be excluded from compilation easily.

Now I have uploaded half of the listed items. To make everything 
consistent I have at least to do everything except the KRGB patch (the 
only patch with a known bug causing a segfault on some HP printers using 
HPIJS),
