In the gs-esp-gpl-merger branch, where I have applied all patches of the 
merger, I have moved the CUPS stuff out of the contrib/ directory. It is 
now in the cups/ directory. Having it in this one directory makes 
including or excluding via ./configure easier. "./configure 
--disable-contrib" does NOT exclude the CUPS support any more now.
