[gs-devel] Merger of ESP and GPL GhostScript: On Subversion now

The current GPL Ghostscript with the extra functionality of ESP 
GhostScript merged in is available as a branch in the Subversion 
repositories now. Only part not yet included is the KRGB patch from HP.

The CUPS support is now moved out of the contrib/ directory.

The branch will be merged into the trunk after the release of GPL 
Ghostscript 8.57. So the first merged Ghostscript will be 8.58 (or 8.60?).
