[gs-devel] Merger ESP/GPL GS: pcl3 device license

I also noticed that Martin Lottermoser's pcl3 output device doesn't 
include a license header on the source files, they just say, "Copyright 
(C) <years> by Martin Lottermoser. All rights reserved."

There is a copy of the LGPL in the contrib/pcl3/ directory however. If
this is indeed the license under which the code was distributed, the
source files should be updated to state this.

Martin, is it correct that you licensed your driver under the LGPL?
