All these issues I have fixed now.

Ralph, can you start the regression tests on the
merger now?

A question, when I upload into the merger branch with "svn commit" a 
cluster regression test got triggered. Is this done with the Ghostscript 
from the branch or with the Ghostscript from the trunk? In the latter 
case I suggest the cluster regression test script to be changed to 
always test with the Ghostscript to which changes were uploaded.
