The OpenPrinting Vector interface doesn't currently have text support. 
That's fine for the design target (printing) but not for document 
conversion, so I think it's still worth pursuing the native Ghostscript
device.

Of course, I mostly care because we're interested in cleaning up the 
high-level device interface within Ghostscript, and having feedback from 
a gdevcairo implementation would really help with that.
