[gs-devel] xefitra - problem with NEMEDIAATTRS with CUPS & GS on OS/2

Hi All,

I've just build Ghostscript 8.60 with the CUPS support included for
use with CUPS on OS/2

pstoraster is invoking Ghostscript and is working fine for single page
..PS or .PDF files - however on multiple page documents, it reports the
following error:
Error: /undefined in --setpagedevice--
Operand stack:
    (c:\\var\\temp\\gs6B3zkH) --nostringval-- --dict:5/5(L)--
--dict:53/53(
ro)(L)-- --dict:1/1(L)--
Execution stack:
    %interp_exit .runexec2 --nostringval-- --nostringval--
--nostringval-

--nostringval-- fa
lse 1 %stopped_push 1841 1 3 %oparray_pop 1840 1 3
%oparray_

  --nostri
ngval-- 2 1 2 --nostringval-- %for_pos_int_continue
--nostringval--
   --nostringval-- 1809 5 8 %oparray_pop --nostringval--
Dictionary stack:
    --dict:1148/1684(ro)(G)-- --dict:2/20(G)-- --dict:75/200(L)--
--dict:75
/200(L)-- --dict:106/127(ro)(G)-- --dict:275/300(ro)(G)--
--dict:23/25(L)-
- --dict:3/5(L)--
Current allocation mode is local
Last OS error: No such file or directory
GPL Ghostscript 8.60: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

Removing the -DNOMEDIAATTRS statement from pstoraster gets rid of the
ghostscript error, however only the first page gets printed.

I'm gathering that for some reason, ghostscript isn't recognising the
-DNOMEDIAATTRS switch (hence the 'Error: /undefined in
--setpagedevice--').

Any ideas on why this would be the case? I do see some references to
NOMEDIAATTRS in lib\gs_init.ps and lib\gs_setpd.ps

Many thanks in advance,

Paul.
