Btw: How does it know this? /Resources? I ask because we had in pdftex
the problem with including pdfs (or pngs with alpha) as xobjects and
Adobe Reader then not detecting the transparency; the solution is to
promote the Group object of the pdf from the xobject to the page or
add a "fake" Group object to the page (with pngs). I wouldn't be
surprised if Adobe rips would require this also for transparent JPXs.
