  Subject: [gs-devel] Make on tru64

  Hi,

  Further to my mail yesterday afternoon regarding filter problems with ghostscript on Solaris, I decided to try and compile Ghostscript on a Tru64 server (V4.0F) with Ghostscript V8.62.

  The configure went ok and everything was ok with the 'make' until I received the following errors:-

  cc: Warning: ./src/mkromfs.c, line 281: In this statement, the referenced type of the pointer value "node->name" is "char", which is not compatible with "unsigned char". (ptrmismatch)

     put_bytes_padded(out, node->name, namelen);

  Appreciate this is a generic error but with this being the developers forum I was hoping someone could assist if at all possible please.

  Thanks..

  Steve Hoyle...
