Hi James,

Can you send a sample file for testing, or attach it to a bug report on
bugs.ghostscript.com. If you attach it to a bug report, you can "Edit"
the attachment after you upload it and mark it 'Private'. Attachments
that are private are only available to Artifex Software Inc. engineers
or consultants under contract which includes NDA provisions.

As an alternative, you can sent an email with a URL for us to get the
file to support at artifex.com, or send it directly to me (or if the
file is < 20Mb, attach it to the email).

If the file is REALLY big, but less than 200Mb, we can provide a FTP
site with a temporary login and instructions to let you upload it.

Note that we have been making some performance improvements, so you
may want to try the 'latest' available at svn.ghostscript.com.

Regards,
Ray Johnston
