Fix for bug 692087 crashes.   num_bytes - bytes_dropped was ending up negative in cases where the transparency device was reducing the number of colorants compared to the target device (mainly when we had a softmask) which was getting passed into the clist as an unsigned value.   Now when this occurs we just use the encoding of the full color value.
