Fix for issue found by Chris where we have a soft mask embedded in a softmask and graphic state pushes and pops occurring.  In this case, the soft mask stack that is saved gets out of sync compared to the one in the context state.    Use of the stack count can catch the issue and correct it.  Also a rename of one of the variables in the pdf14 code to make it easier to debug.
