    Attempt (partial) fix for bug 690538; off by 1 rounding error.
    
    Fix the tiffsep color mapping functions to round more correctly.
    
    Still need to do the tiff32nc device ones, and potentially change
    *all* functions into line with lcms.
    
    No cluster differences expected as this code is not tested by the
    cluster.
