[Gs-test] GS and device drivers

Hello.  First of all I wanted to thank you guys for such a great product.
I'd be stuck rebooting w/o it.

I was just wondering if the newer ghostscript versions still require all
device drivers to be compiled with ghostscript.  My version is kind of
outdated, so I hoped that in the new versions I could just compile gs,
then compile any devices I needed later w/o recompiling gs.  If not, then
do you guys know if/when you guys will ever make it this way?
