[Gsview] open ps file which has tranditional chinese

Either the PostScript file needs to have all the fonts embedded, 
or you need to add the appropriate chinese fonts and CMap files 
to ghostscript.  I suggest you start with GNU Ghostscript 7.05 
and read the files doc/CJK.htm and doc/CJKTTCID.htm.

I have no experience at configuring this.
