[Gsview] impossible printing with gsview4.3 and ghostscript 8.00

The security on GS 8.00 was tightened up, and GSview hasn't been 
modified to suit.  Either disable "Options | Safer" (which 
allows PostScript to read and write files), or use another 
program such as gsprint or Acrobat Reader.
