[Gsview] impossible printing with gsview4.3 and ghostscript 8.00

No, it is to do with reading files, not writing files.  It just 
so happens that disabling SAFER allows ghostscript to read any 
file, just like it allows any file to be written.

The problem is that ghostscript in SAFER mode no longer permits 
opening files not in the current directory.  In other words, GS 
7.05 with SAFER could open any any file on the computer for 
reading, while GS 8.0 can not.
GSview needs a minor change to add the required PDF file to the 
list of permitted files for reading.
