Hello everyone!
I have the following problem:
I downloaded the TeX Live CD, which is fine, and then I
added to it
several free (GPL or similar) programs, like FTE (GPL) text
editor,
recode.exe (GNU recode) (because I use cp852 and latin2
encodings too),
and so on.
They run from the CD without install, which is the most
important feature for me.
But I could not find how to get gsview to run from the CD
without install,
or any manual (gsdll.dll and include path) setup.
Anyone has any idea? Or this mail can be regarded as a
feature request:
I need a command line option, by which I can specify the
directory where
gsdll.dll and the includes are, of course, including
relative paths too.
(e.g. -dllpath=\gsX.XX\bin\gsdll.dll -includepath=\gsX.XX\lib )
Because I do not know that in which drive the Live CD is in.
Please also send your reply to b17@freemail.hu.
Thanks for any help.
B.
ps: I also tried to create a gsview32.ini file in the dir,
where gsview32.exe is,
as in the Network Install, but giving the paths without the
letter of the drive
did not work.
