[Gsview] GSview 4.32 beta release

Ghostgum Software Pty Ltd has released GSview 4.32 beta. Last 
call for bug reports. 

Changes in this release are: 
- Fixes to work with the security updates in AFPL Ghostscript
  8.00.  
- Catalan, Russian and Slovak languages. Help files are
  incomplete.  
- Several minor bug fixes. 

Please test and report any bugs. It is intended that GSview 4.4 
will be released at the end of March,
