Are you talking about getting 4 black and white separations 
which contain vector PostScript?  I don't know of any way to
do this with ghostscript.  It may be possible by playing with 
PostScript separation code and the pswrite device, but I'm not 
sure.

I also don't know of any way to make ghostscript automatically 
write four separate raster images, one for each separation.

You should be able to get 4 black and white raster images,
using the psdcmyk output device and then using an external tool 
to write the separations to separate files.
