[jbig2-dev] Multi-page sample document

Hi,

could you provide me with a (small) multi-page sample JBIG2 file with
common page 0, or provide me with a pointer to such a file (generic
JBIG2, no PDF wrapper)? I would like to experiment a little with
including multiple JBIG2 pages into pdfTeX.
