[mac-gs] ESPF to PDF problems.

I am trying to convert MAC Generic Cadd 1.01 format files to PDF
format.  The program can "save as" both PICT and EPSF format.  The PICT
format will open in Adobe and save as a PDF file, but the resolution is
poor.  I have not found a way to convert the EPSF format to a PDF.
Every converter I try comes back with an error.  Do you have any ideas
on this?

We have a lot of old MAC Generic Cadd drawings which we would like to
convert to PDF's.
