[mac-gs] binary distribution

Does anyone maintain a Macintosh binary distribution for AFPL Ghostscript 8.00?  I'm having a bit of trouble in CodeWarrior 8.3 with #include <dir/file.h> style includes, only in Classic mode.  I don't have any reason to modify the GS codebase, so I'd like to just link against a shared library.  Anybody maintain said shared library?
