setmeaway | do anyone know how to use cid-keyed font in ghostscript? i tried using it but it fails with typecheck error http://pastebin.com/7hyCEs7h | 02:25.21 |
sebras | vtorri: seen == 1 if you have been copying text in previous iterations in the loop and you encountered end of line. if you did, then at the next iteration you append \n to the buffer of copied text. | 08:11.33 |
| vtorri: this ensures that lines that are separate in the datastructure appear separate in the copied text. | 08:11.52 |
| as far as I can see anyway... | 08:12.01 |
vtorri | is "end of line " :: end of line of the document, or of the selection ? | 08:12.19 |
| /s::/== | 08:12.36 |
sebras | vtorri: of the document. | 08:13.08 |
vtorri | ok | 08:13.13 |
| thank you | 08:13.17 |
| and is acroread doing that ? | 08:13.40 |
| that is : | 08:13.42 |
| 1) adding \n at the end of doc line | 08:13.55 |
| 2) not adding \n at the end of selection line | 08:14.08 |
| ? | 08:14.09 |
sebras | vtorri: the datastructure it is iterating over contains the text of the page you at copying, kept in blocks, lines and spans. so when a span is considered to be the last in a line is when seen == 1. of course this depends on the area you are copying, only that part will actually be copied for the buffer. | 08:14.37 |
| vtorri: I don't know how acroread does this. I never use it. :) | 08:15.01 |
vtorri | ok :) | 08:15.08 |
| thank you | 08:15.14 |
sebras | why does it matter how acroread does it? | 08:15.44 |
vtorri | just to mimic the behavior of the selection | 08:18.30 |
ndr | hi all, I've an issue using pcl. I sent the data from windows, in raw, to a cups printer which converts the data to pdf using pcl6. Everything's fine, but some PDF get "scrawl" instead of table with text. Where to I start to debug the issue? what could I try? I'm using ghostpcl 9.07 | 10:22.51 |
Robin_Watts | ndr: Open a bug on bugs.ghostscript.com and attach the file | 11:52.43 |
| ndr: You need to speak to henrys and or kens, and I suspect neither will be here until tuesday. | 11:53.00 |
ndr | Robin_Watts: thanks! | 13:52.40 |
mvrhel_laptop | Robin_Watts: are you available for a sec? | 16:24.17 |
| Robin_Watts: never mind. got it figured out | 16:31.48 |
thegladiator | Hi there | 16:55.36 |
| I like mupdf , however would like to know if I can change the paper color | 16:56.07 |
| also where can I see all the menu options ? | 16:56.17 |
mvrhel_laptop | Robin_Watts: you around? | 20:12.02 |
| it would appear that with with openjpeg changes that were done in the third party libs, the windows solution is broken | 20:16.10 |
| I see what the changes were. I will get the winrt solution updated | 20:19.54 |
| Robin_Watts: so the fixes to the winRT solution are in my repos if you want to push them up to golden | 21:07.15 |
