jogux paulgardiner: there’s some commits on my mupdf & mupdf-private if you fancy reviewing…10:55.19
paulgardiner: tor8: there:s a testflight beta of iOS mupdf 1.6 if you would like to give it a go.10:55.39
if anyone else would like to try that would be great too - let me know if you don’t have access10:56.03
maG__ hello evryone.. '~ccxvii' or '~tor' listening? just found a reference to 'occamscript' on the web, but the git repo seems to be deleted...17:14.59
  got the 'muscript' rep though...17:15.29
sebras maG__: hi! I'd expect tor to be back tomorrow during european daytime.17:15.57
maG__ ack & thx!17:16.12
sebras maG__: though I believe that occamscript was a tentative name for the library at muja.com17:16.27
maG__ thought it might be an improved version.. stumbled over it by searching for good old occam/transputer stuff.17:17.29
Robin_Watts maG__: Ha! That's why I argued against occamscript! Vindication is mine! :)17:18.28
sebras Robin_Watts: let's rename it to vidicationscript! ;)17:18.51
  Robin_Watts: tor8: I guess it makes sense to remove ~tor/occamscript though.17:19.22
  if it is not used.17:19.30
Robin_Watts it does, or make it a symlink.17:19.48
sebras Robin_Watts: not under that name though. and there is only a single reference to it according to google (besides the IRC chatlogs)17:21.37
maG__ thx & goodn8!17:24.43
rayjj more good news (on an otherwise slow day). I am now able to get files (results) back from the company M board using 'scp' so I can see the results.20:27.47
somewhat less good news... I got a successful build of pcl6, but even "pcl6 -h" dies with ./pcl6: line 1: syntax error: unexpected ")"20:30.52
it has the "\177ELF" at the start, but then it has \002 instead of \001 -- need to look into what might be going wrong20:32.06
in the meantime, I have decent numbers for .ps files20:33.04
also I have to find out why every PDF file fails: /undefined in --run-- (-dPDFDEBUG shows the file being parsed and opened, but then it gets the error when it opens the 'Page' object -- seems to have something to do with whatever happens right before '.pdfpagelabels' is done (using -dESTACKPRINT)20:41.03
but at least I'm "off the dime" and able to hack into things a bit20:41.37
rayjj note to self: collect what I tripped over to send to MQ and give him the update20:42.12
