ghostbot | Welcome to #ghostscript, the channel for Ghostscript and MuPDF. If you have a question, please ask it, don't ask to ask it. Do be prepared to wait for a reply as devs will check the logs and reply when they come on line. | 08:23.03 |
Struggler | if i want to join 2 pages of a pdf into one page with ghostscript | 08:23.27 |
| how do i do that? | 08:23.31 |
| i.e. ab.pdf has 2 pages and i want to make cd.pdf with one page which is made from the 2 pages joined side-by-side | 08:24.14 |
camelopard | Struggler et al: This operation is called imposition. AFAIK, Ghostscript has no documented means to do this. Yet all the machinery to manipulate CTM is available. IMHO, Ghostscript needs an imposition description language implemented as a library of PostScript procedures. | 16:14.17 |
