artifexirc-bot <RobertLM78> is there a way to use Ghostscript to *remove* an index from a pdf?00:17.08
<KenSharp> The old PDF interpreter (the one you are currently using) has a NO_PDFMARK_OUTLINES control set that to fals eand it won't process the outlines tree. I believe that's what you mean when you say 'index', you are referring to what Acrobat calls 'Bookmarks' and teh PDF Reference calls Outlines (Consistency ? Adobe haven't heard of that)09:58.17

Actual PostScript pdfmark operators should still work. So I believe you can get what (I think) you want by including that on the command line where you add your own Outlines via pdfmark. That should cause the ones in the original file to10:46.42
