cecco Hello everybody. I have a question about pdf forms with mupdf: is it possible to flatten page forms (like the js this.flattenPages() command does)?08:56.24
kens cecco : I'm afraid there isn't a MuPDF developer online right now to answer that. I think the answer is 'no' currently but I am not sure. Stick around, the channel is logged and someone who can give you a better answer should be online relatively soon.08:57.56
FWIW You can, I think, do this with Ghostscript and its pdfwrite devioce, if I understand your goal correctly.08:58.38
You do need to be careful when discussing forms though, there are two kinds of forms in PDF, AcroForms, which are PDF, and XFA forms, which are not PDF at all, but XML.08:59.42
cecco Ok thank you. It's AcroForms actually, I'll be here if someone can give some hint.09:03.37
tor8 cecco: no, it is not currently possible to flatten forms in mupdf.10:21.28
cecco Ok, thanks for the information10:22.46
