OK those are almost certainly my fault; I'm afraid I rather threw the build
together when I started this project and while Chris has kindly fixed a
load of stuff, I've probably broken something again. I'll ask him to review
it again and sort out whatever I've done wrong.
We'll get this licked into better shape by September if not before, because
we hope to have it become part of the next Ghostscript release (but not
used as the default PDF parser).
